'The Fat Quarters' in Newcastle Start Their New Sewing Classes for Children

An update from one of our new dealers: The Fat Quarters in Newcastle. Owner Kim has started some classes aimed at children, that take place just after school. Thought you would like to see the photos of the latest ‘kids’ sewing sessions here at The Fat Quarters where they have recently made Union Jack cushions. Of course inspired by The Jubilee and The Games later this Summer.   Take 8 Kids, fabrics, 8 Brother Sewing Machines from the Innov-is range and a little bit of encouragement and this is the result. An original 'The Fat Quarters' Sewing Kit Design was used as inspiration. The children find the machines simple to use - with a 'start/stop' button, speed control and easy threading system - even the youngest get to grips with the machines quickly. Authorised Brother Dealers Celebrate the Queen's Jubilee!

Over the past few weeks we've been running a competition with our independent dealers for the Best Dressed Window.
